Tour Itinerary
09:00 am – Meeting Time:
Our friendly and knowledgeable tour driver will meet you at your hotel to kickstart this captivating journey. As we gather, he will provide a brief overview of the day’s itinerary and what you can expect from the tour.
10:20 am – Ancient Kamiros (Estimated Stay 1 Hour):
Our first destination takes us to the ancient city of Kamiros, once a thriving and sophisticated city-state in ancient Rhodes. Walk amidst the excavated ruins of this historical marvel, where you’ll find remnants of temples, houses, and public buildings. Learn about the city’s rise and fall while soaking in the serene beauty of the surrounding landscape.
12:00 pm – Pass by the castle of Kritinia & Sianna Village:
As we continue our journey, we’ll pass by the charming castle of Kritinia and the traditional village of Sianna, nestled on a hill with panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. While we won’t make a stop, you’ll still have the opportunity to admire the castle and the village from afar and capture some photos of its quaint streets and traditional architecture.
13:00 pm – Monolithos Castle (Estimated Stay 20 Minutes):
Next, we arrive at the legendary Monolithos Castle. Perched dramatically on a cliff, this mediaeval fortress offers breathtaking vistas of the surrounding sea and rugged landscape. During our stop, you’ll have the chance to get out of the vehicle and capture stunning photos of the castle, its surroundings, and the mesmerising views it offers.
14:15 pm – Lunch at Ancient Kamiros (Estimated Stay 1 hour and a half)
After the captivating visit to Monolithos Castle, we’ll return to Ancient Kamiros, where a delightful culinary experience awaits. Enjoy a sumptuous lunch at the renowned restaurant “Pitropakis,” renowned for its traditional Greek dishes and warm hospitality. Savour the flavours of Rhodes as you indulge in local delicacies in the quaint ambiance of this charming village.

Lauren E2023-08-27Amazing Day We had the most amazing day on our tour of Rhodos! Our driver Vaggelis was clearly passionate about Rhodes, the culture and he told us things we'd never know without a local guide. Van was lovely and modern and we spent the day in luxury travelling to Old town first, then onto some of the best view points ever looking over the North of the island. We continued to Lindos stopping at the most amazing traditional clay pottery. Everything made and painted by hand. It was beautiful. The owner very friendly sharing his home picked and roasted figs. I of course had to purchase some of the beautiful items 😊 St Pauls bay and Lindos are beautiful, but very busy.Vaggelis recommended a place for ice-cream and it didn't disappoint. We had a few hours at our own leisure before heading back to the van. When headed to Haraki where we had the most beautiful lunch at Agro. Fresh caught red snapper was beautiful. We swam in the bay before back to the van heading back towards the resort stopping off at Kalithea springs which was gorgeous. Honestly believe this is the best way to see the island and hear all about the history of this beautiful place. Would not hesitate to book again when we return to Rhodes. Evi was lovely and made the booking process easy, she genuinely cared we had a good day checking in with us afterwards. Lovely family run company ❤️
